Peacefully, on Monday March 13, 2017, at Wingham and District Hospital, surrounded by family and loved ones. Cathy, of Lucknow, spent the last several years with her partner Larry Janisse. Cathy was born in Windsor, Ontario, on May 30, 1959. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Theresa, Angela, and son Johnathon. Dear sister of Mary Olver, Deborah and her husband Ken Kosslack, Beverly Todd, Brenda Bolyantu, Robert Janisse, and Wilfred Janisse and his wife Sandra. Sister-in-law of Leonard Farrell. Proud Grandmother to Cyrus, Cayleene, Lukas, and Emilie.   Predeceased by her husband Randy Strauss, sister Karen Farrell, parents Wilfred and Eileen Janisse, mother-in-law Mabel, brothers-in-law Paul Olver, and George Bolyantu. Cathy was deeply loved by many nieces and nephews. She had a great love for music that she shared with Larry, and a wonderful passion for life. She will be greatly missed.
