Claudette Fleming Obituary

Born Claudette Marcelle Tremblay, September 30, 1938 in Timmins, Ontario. Died October 28, 2019 in Southampton, Ontario after a long struggle with cancer. A devoted and proud mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her sons Rene (Athena) of Ottawa and John (Carolyn) of Port Elgin, daughter-in-law Regina Fleming-Laurin (Yvon), grandchildren Amber Bala, Jennie-May Wiedmann, Carina Fleming, Christine Fleming, Sherri Fleming all of Port Elgin, Kieran Fleming and Bennett Fleming of Ottawa, as well as eight great-grandchildren . Pre-deceased by her husband Wayne Fleming, and sons Leonard and Marvin. Strong-willed, self-deprecating and generous, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Claudette’s family would like to thank the dedicated and caring doctors and nurses of Saugeen Memorial Hospital. Donations to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
