Douglas Norman Bartley

After a brief but brave battle with cancer, Doug Bartley passed away suddenly but peacefully at Chesley on Thursday May 10, 2018 at the age of 67.
Doug will be greatly missed by his daughter Victoria of Calgary AB, his 2 brothers Ken (Sandie) of Brantford, Don (Deb) of Owen Sound and his sister Susan (Chuck) O’Reilly of Owen Sound. Doug will be fondly remembered by his niece Lindsay O’Reilly and nephew’s Aaron O’Reilly, Jon, Ryan and Greg Bartley as well as his good friends Rick, Sue and Jeanette and the Guille and Couture families.

Doug was an avid radio control model airplane hobbyist and long time Harley rider who shared these passions with many like minded friends in Calgary, Campbell River, Edmonton, Owen Sound and Chesley.

At Doug’s request there will be no funeral services. Friends/family are invited to A Celebration of Life on July 6, 2018 at Joe Tomato’s Restaurant, Owen Sound ON. from 4:00-6:00 pm.
