Douglas Grant MacKay

Peacefully, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in his 74th year.  Doug, beloved husband of Lorna (nee Johnson). Loving Dad of Shelly and her husband Matt Carter, Sherry and her husband Darren Brocklehurst, Dawn and her husband Rick Heisler, Abe MacKay and his wife Danielle, and Rebecca MacKay. Proud Grandpa of Sarah, Matthew, Nathan, Christine, Luke, Andrew, Michelle, Josh, Tailor, Jonathan, Julien, and Preston. Great Grandpa of 13. Special thank you to brother Art MacKay and his wife Nancy for all of their support. Dear brother of Elaine MacKay and her partner Brad Allen, and brother-in-law of Cathy and her husband Leigh Pryor, and Patsy Johnson. Doug will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

Doug enjoyed his time spent driving the Amish in his community.
