Ima LaVerne (Courtney) Crandon

Ima LaVerne Crandon (nee Courtney) passed away peacefully at the Chapman House in Owen Sound, with loving family by her side, Saturday November 13th, 2021 in her 84th year.  LaVerne was rich in family and faith, and many are left to share her wisdom, carry her strength and cherish her many memories. Predeceased by her parents Ima (Green) and Jacob Courtney and 15 of her siblings. Survived by sisters Peggy Elliott and Josephine Powell. Survived by her beloved husband Ralph Crandon. Survived by sister-in-law Anne Daykin (Ron), niece Danica and nephew Mason.  Survived by eldest daughter Eleanor Kahgee (Randall), grandson Randall Jr. (Aleesa), granddaughter Adrian (Jon), granddaughter Amanda, great grandchildren Kyle, Marissa, Kiran, Wilton, Wynn and Wren. Survived by daughter Angela Stow, predeceased by son-in-law Bob Bleich, survived by granddaughter Natalie (Paul), great grandchildren Ethan and Avery. Survived by son Edwin Stow (Yvonne), grandsons Nathaniel (Christina), Erick (Caley), Daniel, great grandchildren Benjamin, Oliver and their angel brother, Logan. Survived by daughter Roxanne Boggie (Ron), granddaughter Loni (Marcus), grandson Joshua (Emily), granddaughter Lacey (Kevin), great grandchildren Jacob, Claire, Andrew, Quinn, Alice and Hailey. Survived by daughter Sophia Caudle, predeceased by son-in-law's Richard Kahgee and Steven Caudle, survived by grandson Adam (Laura), granddaughter Melissa (Brad), great grandchildren Edgerrin, Bea, Elden, Owen, Audrey and Everett. Survived by daughter Tavia Crandon, granddaughter Meagan (Andrew), grandson Rylan (Yolanda), great grandchildren Foster, Mariam, Hunter, Reignn and Ryver.

A Celebration of LaVerne's life will be held and announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce - Chapman House Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
