Peacefully, at Trillium Court, Kincardine on Monday, December 18, 2023 in his 88th year. Ken, beloved husband of Eileen (nee Struthers) for 64 years. Loving father of Laurie and her husband Mike Fischer, Brenda Voisin and her partner Mike Reinhardt, Rick and his wife Nancy Voisin, Dan Voisin and his partner Laura Stefura, Brad Voisin and his partner Wendy MacLeod, and Tammy Voisin and her partner Robin McLelland. Proud Popa to Mike (Nancy) Fischer, Amy (Jay) Brick, Melissa (Mark) Schmidt, Jeremy (Crystal) Voisin, Ashley (Travis) Inglis, Samantha (Barrett) Weber, Olivia (Spencer) Shaw, Tyson (Lexi) Voisin, Shauni (Brett) Fischer, Sierra Voisin, Cruz Voisin, Clay Voisin, Colt Voisin, Paige McLelland, and Cody McLelland and Great Popa to 16. Dear brother of Irvin and Dorothy Voisin. Fondly remembered by his sisters-in-law Agnes Voisin and Isabel Collison; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Nora Voisin, his siblings Joe (Madeline) Voisin, Norm Voisin, August (Helen) Voisin, Gerald ”Skipper” (Theresa) Voisin, Nelly (Eugene) Grubb, Beattie (Jack Borho) (Gerald Benninger), Viola (Eugene) (Wilbur) Benninger; his father and mother-in-law, James and Bertha Struthers, brothers-in-law Bill Struthers, and Clarence Collison; and sister-in-law Doris (Dan) Caesar. Ken loved hunting, fishing, his chickens, pheasants; not to mention his furry friend Beau.
A Celebration of Ken’s life will be held and announced at a later date with interment at Culross Teeswater Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities would be appreciated by the family.
