Norman Charles Petrie

Peacefully, at his home in Goderich on Thursday, June 24, 2021 in his 82nd year. Norm, beloved husband of Shirley Stronge. Loving Dad of Joanne Stronge and her partner Alex Armstrong, John Petrie, and Mike Stronge and his partner Angie Clark. Proud Grampa of Jessica, Suzy, Katie, Karissa, Cali, and Bria. Great Grampa of Aubrey, Dallas, Kira, Karson, Alayah, Hailey, and Donovan. Dear brother of Doreen Carson, Elaine Melick, Anne Mitchell, and Lenore Clements. Predeceased by his brother Ron Petrie.

It was Norm’s wishes to not have a funeral service. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family interment. A celebration of Norm’s life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
